Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair terms for your subscription.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Free trial

Every plan begins with a free 14-day trial. No credit card is required to start, and you will not be charged during the trial. If you choose not to continue, simply let the trial expire — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.

30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of the charge. This guarantee applies once per customer.

Recurring subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period;
  • You will not be charged again after that period;
  • Payments already made for the current period are generally non-refundable, except as described in the money-back guarantee above or where required by law.

Annual plans

For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial annual payment. After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

How to request a refund

To request a refund under this policy, email billing@taxclome.com from the email address associated with your account, and include your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available where prohibited by law, in cases of policy abuse or violation of our Terms of Service, or for custom Enterprise agreements, which are governed by their own contract terms.
